Change creates discomfort for people and organizations. Thus, merely “managing” change is not enough; we need to genuinely involve and co-create, take a holistic perspective, and show empathy. This is why I call myself an integrative change facilitator.
I combine structured change management and communication with systemic consulting and a people- and emotion-focused coaching approach. I blend structure and implementation strength with facilitation skills, creative moments, and my love for people and teams. With this approach, I sensitively guide teams through changes big and small, always adapting to the specific situation.
My core principle: Organizations only grow when their people grow with them – through active participation, recurring moments of reflection, and authentic encounters. My background: Corporate experience in the railway, automotive, supplier, and financial sectors.
Apart from facilitating change, I love the variety of movement and art, preferably outdoors – from salsa dancing and swimming to jazz concerts and painting.
