As a personnel and organizational developer and qualified psychologist, I have been working in this field for over 25 years. My aim is to work with clients to design and implement approaches tailored to their specific needs. Solution-oriented, networked and pragmatic, in order to enable sustainable developments. Working in different industries (e.g. chemicals, automotive, pharmaceuticals, service sector) and with different customer groups is what makes my job so appealing.
My focus on change management, workshop facilitation and leadership development (from coaching to training) is complemented by people development tools based on many years of experience as an internal people developer.
In my free time, I like to recharge by listening to music, reading a good book, and exploring new places. Whether in my immediate surroundings (Rhine-Main area) or when traveling.
