For more than 15 years, I have been working in the fields of people development, organizational development, change management, leadership development and talent management. My practical experience covers a wide range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, automotive, life sciences, energy, IT and services.
As a psychologist and business economist, I successfully combine the different perspectives of both disciplines in my work: it is (almost) always about
balancing business success on the one hand and the needs of people on the other.
Working with international teams and raising awareness of intercultural issues and challenges is one of my passions. I enjoy navigating the tension between global matrix structures and the need for local implementation.
In my private life, I’m a passionate sailor and keep fit with yoga, jogging and swimming.
