My aim is to work with clients to design and implement <strong>approaches tailored to their specific needs<\/strong>. Solution-oriented, networked and pragmatic, in order to enable <strong>sustainable developments<\/strong>. Working in different industries (e.g. chemicals, automotive, pharmaceuticals, service sector) and with different customer groups is what makes my job so appealing.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My focus on change management, workshop facilitation and leadership development (from coaching to training) is complemented by people development tools based on many years of experience as an internal people developer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my free time, I like to recharge by listening to music, reading a good book, and exploring new places.
