The goal was to transform a “mixed bag” into a cohesive, more collaborative team with an overarching strategy.       As part of our team workshops<\/strong> (as well as individual coaching processes and programmes), we like to use personality inventories to highlight the diversity of individuals, reflect on it, and help participants learn to adapt their behavior to different situations.<\/p>

      The Insights Discovery Model<\/strong> is based on the research of Swiss psychologist C.G. Jung and helps to understand different personality types with their various communication and behavioral preferences. Using an intuitive color system, the strengths and risks of different types are made obvious which provides a great basis for self-reflection and for a joint reflection within a team. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      The current Quality Management Team at Heraeus Conamic was formed by merging two previously separate teams.
