Background<\/strong><\/p>

Although at DAW talents have been identified regularly for several years, only top executives were involved in the selection process and selection criteria were not clearly defined.<\/p>

Therefore, the company set itself the goal of introducing a new, structured process for talent identification across all countries worldwide. This new process aimed to assess the potential of all <\/u>employees, to involve various leadership levels, and to enhance transparency towards employees. Moreover, the systematic execution and documentation of the new process were to be carried out within the existing HR system, Workday. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    • Since 2019, DAW SE has been systematically identifying talents on an annual basis, developing them through its talent program \u201caccelerator\u201d, fostering cross-functional and cross-border networking, and preparing them for key roles.<\/li>
    • This systematic approach has since been implemented with great success and a high level of acceptance, and management positions are consistently filled from this pool.<\/li>
